Fantastic... Three superb featured bloggers now active, and more to come too - watch this space!

Oh my God... Today I made the best Roast Pork EVER!!! Diamond scored crackling studded with cloves and oregano, with seasoned and floured barreled roast potatoes - and a gravy made from the meat and clove juices! Unbe-freakin-lievable! And YES, a slice of bread was needed for gravy duty... YUM! (Makes up for those terrible truly terrible pork pies I made earlier this week).
